I was extremely please with the product. I did a fair amount of research before I decided on rv roof magic. I did not want an inexpensive product that was #1 so I quickly dismissed the acrylics or anything water-based. They either required primers or multiple coats. Your product is solvent-based and with my background that is night and day for a roof coating. I also liked its versatility in temperatures and the fact that it is ASTM certified. So fast forward to the application. Pretty much exactly what your website and customers have said on the video testimonials they sent into your company. The cleaner is hands down the best cleaner I have never used. I could not believe how much dirt came off and this was a few days after I THOUGHT I cleaned it properly with Dawn. I give it 5 stars and also your customer service is excellent. Your company returns calls, they provided advise during the application process quite a surprise given the level of customer service we are experiencing today. Sorry I did not have an opportunity to take any video.

Hey Staff! Thanks to all for the Roof Magic product that worked as advertised.
Please find [attached] following before and after photos. The nicest criteria of the product are that it: 1.) requires no fuss other than to mix well prior to application: 2.) it keeps a wet edge to work with for a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Dan

i brought 2 gallons of Roof Magic to put on my 2002 Winnebago rv, my only regret is I did not take any pictures before i applied roof magic……my roof looks wonderful and feels wonderful, i used a small 4” long handle roller as i had to get under my solar panels and it worked great. It went on smoothly and fairly quickly. Looks and feels like a new roof although i do admit i got a little on the air conditioner cover and the sky lights but hey after all i am a 78 year old woman and if i can do it anyone can do it that is for sure! I did have scaffolding to stand on as i did not trust myself to get up on top of the roof. I would recommend this to anyone needing a new roof or just for patching. I spend plenty of time looking on the internet searching the other product before I choose yours. What found yours had that none of the other coatings had was that is was a solvent coating that needed only one coat and I did not need primer. One last thing i ordered the stirring paddle and was not impressed with it

Testimonial Merlin Oregon
We wanted to thank Mark S from Merlin Oregon for his 5 star Google review and his very detailed application testimonial!
I just did my 23-foot RV roof on my 1999 Fleetwood Tioga. There were tears in the original roof and I had previously covered the roof with Pro Guards Liquid Roof RV for EPDM roofs. It lasted 14 years but had pin holes in the application. This led to some leaks. There was a couple of gaps in the seam that were over 1/4 inch. that was covered with several layers of Dicor. I ordered the stuff and 4-gal pail. I also ordered the seam Tight and the Poly fabric for the gap. I also ordered the concentrated cleaner and the Rubber caulk.
while I waited for my order to arrive, I gave the roof a cleaning with dish soap and my Ryobi power scrubber with the course brush. it removed a good amount of the dry white rubber from the surface. I then hit is with the pressure washer. More of the white runner powder came off.
when My order came, I decided to give it an extra cleaning with the Rv roof cleaner/protect. The amount of white powder that this removed was amazing. If you do this, it is a must to buy this cleaner. It removed stuff that neither of the first 2 cleanings would touch. I then decided I wanted to start out with as flat of a roof as I could. I took an angle grinder to the multiple layers of Dicor and other unknown sealants and ground it all off. That is when I found several patches and some more larger gaps from previous leaks. I then used the Poly fabric and the seam tight to fill the gaps and placed the poly fabric on the top of the seam, I then applied more seam tight to saturate the poly fabric. after letting this dry for 5 days. I decided since there were places where the roofing was not folded around the edge and adhered that I would adhere what came up with Contact cement and then use 6″ Eterna Bond tape all around the edges of the roof and the vents and any other rips that were in the roof. I followed the Rv Roof magic recommendation to Sand the tape. I used a palm sander with 80g sandpaper, this had the added benefit of pressing the tape firmly to apply good pressure for better adhesion. Then applied contact cement to all the Eterna Bond tape. I then applied the flash coat (EPDM ROOF) and let it dry. after a few hours, the roof was dry. I then applied the first coat. I thought I was putting enough on, but after rolling it on the entire roof I barely used any. so, the next day when it was dry I did a second coat. This time I really put it on heavy. I still have half a bucket. so, after 2 more days I decided it was better for the material to be on the roof that hardening up in the shed. I applied the most I could loading up the roller and only rolling a 2-foot stripe. After i was done I still have about a gallon left. so, I applied the rest using a paint brush around the side edge of the Eterna Bond tape and where the Eterna Bond tape met the roof so That I could hide the tape seam. some areas it went on a bit thick and caused the EPDM roof to blister a bit, but after a couple of days it went flat again. The roof now has an extremely thick layer of rubber on it, and it looks great since I did not apply it over the multiple layers of Dicor and ground it flat with the grinder. The Eterna Bond tape flattened out the roof where there were cracks and defects and make the transition from RV Roof Magic to Eterna Bond tape unnoticeable. And best of all No pin holes when the product dried.
I wish I would have had time to take before and after pictures or even made a video, but I did this by myself without any help and needed to get this done before our camping trip this year.

Good Morning –
I wanted to take a moment to tell you about my experiences with your products and my discoveries.
Background:
I’m a 76 year old man with no issues climbing ladders. We have an RV shelter to protect our trailer. The trailer roof does not leak but the EPDM starting to show signs of age after 8 years so I wanted to stay ahead of the game with roof maintenance. Over the years I’ve applied quite a bit of Eternabond so finding a product that works on Eternabond was important. I don’t have enough energy to work on this project for more than 4 hours per day. The ladder is my limiting factor.
Your RV roof cleaner:
This is an excellent cleaner. I mixed per the instructions for prep at 5 to 1. I tried to tarp off the sides of the trailer but that was not working for me. I will end up washing the sides but that’s a big deal. I will say that I recommend anyone using this product to get a good pair of kitchen gloves.
Prep for Eternabond:
Per your instructions, I tried different methods to “rough sand” the Eternabond tape. It’s not easy to sand something like Eternabond. I found that a stainless steel welder wire brush worked the best to rough up the Eternabond. I then applied contact cement and let it dry for several hours before giving the Eternabond a flash coat of RV Magic.
RV Magic coating:
We live in the Pacific NW. We don’t get too many really hot days. When I applied RV Roof Magic, the product did seem to dry to a slightly tacky touch in about 8 hours. But it really takes days for it to cure in our climate. My last coat of RV Roof Magic was 4 days ago, we have only had maybe 8 hours of temps over 70 degrees and as of last night the RV Roof Magic was still tacky.
I know your recommendation to put 20mil thickness but I found it difficult to apply that much product at one time so I doing multiple coats to build up the usage rate you suggest. I also did not do the entire roof at one time but rather in sections – I just don’t have the energy to work that long on the roof. Which is one reason I bought five 1 gallon cans – it’s just easier for me to handle. All in all it’s take quite awhile to do this project but I have the time and the trailer is under cover.
As I mentioned our trailer sits under an RV shelter so it’s not a problem to sit there for days for the product to cure but I think you might want to tell folks it may take days for the product to cure enough to walk on the roof. We have to take off in another week so hopefully today I can climb up and re-install all the covers and solar panels today. When we get back in a 2 weeks I will apply the final coat of RV Magic to get to the application thickness you recommend.
Skylight product:
I really like this product. It’s difficult to put it on smoothly enough to make it not visible. You can see that there is something on the skylight BUT it’s really not an issue.

Hello guys here are some pictures of the roof as promised. I did a fair amount of research and called several different manufacturers. I decided on your Rv Roof Magic for two solid reasons. First from reading your tech sheet vs others it was obvious yours was the best. None of the others even had any ASTM data on their product so one can assume the product was not ASTM certified. I tried Flex seal that peeled after a few months as did that Liquid rubber product with the moose on it. Turns out after contacting them they were just regular elastomerics. I guess that is why they needed primers and multiple coats. The second reason is the solid support I received when I called in. There was no sales push your staff simply educated me on the product and its benefits. The product is simply outstanding. A little more expensive up front but given the fact that rv roof magic does not need primer and I only had to put one coat on the roof then your product is actually less expensive than the others. Also, I did not have spend two days putting multiple coats on the roof.
The cleaner worked very well. I was quite surprised how much dirt it picked up off the roof. I actually washed it a week ago with Dawn and I thought it was clean, but it was far from it!

My 2001 park model was overdue for a new roof coating. My RV mechanic highly recommended RV Roof Magic. Did my research and compared RV Roof Magic to other roof coating products. Hands down, the best choice seemed to be RV Roof Magic, so I ordered it. The order was promptly delivered. I power washed the roof thoroughly and let it dry for a day and a half. Applying RV Roof Magic could not have been easier. The material has now cured, and I am 100% confident that I made the right choice. I agree that there is not a better product out there, and will gladly recommend RV Roof Magic to anyone

RV Roof Magic has got to be the easiest roof coating to install. No primer required and it goes on so easy. I purchased 5 one gallon containers to make it easier on me to do the application. This is the second time I have used RV Roof Magic and will continue to use it and to recommend it to all my friends and aquaintances. My previous order number was #9380.

Well we did a fair amount of research on rv roof coatings and read plenty of reviews. Although the cost of the Rv Roof Magic was more than most what we discovered that the other coatings especially the elastomerics like the liquid rubber product with the moose on the can as well as Henrys required primers and multiple coats. Not only did your product not require a primer but it was the most versatile one to choose since it goes on everything except silicone. Your customer support is terrific we called in about three times and both times you answered our questions and put our minds at ease. The application went on just like the videos showed. Not that we were so surprised after speaking with you on the phone but just looking at the site it seemed to good to be true. Love how it self-levels right before your eyes. After all was done it looks like someone just put down a 230 sq foot piece of rubber on the roof. All our seam marks are not visible and we had two very bad rain storms come in within three days of each other and the cabin is 100% dry. We will be telling our other RV friends about your product.
Cheers

Hello!
Attached are some pictures of my roof magic application. The pictures included in this email are in order of prior to roof cleaner, after roof cleaner, brushed areas near skylights etc…, flash coat, then final coat. I had to send them in separate messages due to size limit in Gmail. Quite impressed with the product. As you can see the roof is down to the black. We took it to two RV shops and both said we needed a new roof. Well the RV roof Magic was applied in the fall so six months ago and no leaks and no issues. You guys saved us over $6500.00
The application was quite easy. The harder part was taking off the old caulk off the unit. We bought your caulk since it was also Buty so it would be compatible with your Rvroofmagic. We already told our neighbor who already ordered guess they are just waiting for the nicer weather to apply it
Thank you!
Connor P.
