Can it be applied over eternabond or other aluminum faced, black adhesive backed roofing repair tape?

There is white eternabond and another aluminum faced black adhesive backed roofing repair tape on an EPDM rubber roof.

yes but we suggest lightly sanding the tape first and apply a thin layer of contact cement and let that dry before applying the rvroofmagic over the eternabond
